Lease waters are just a different way of segregation and discrimination. The
lease owners can choose "who" will be able to fish and use the excuse of full
leases for the day or week to keep people out that they don't want regardless
of their reason.
Foreigners, race,religeon, or even the social class of the people that want
to fish.It also keeps out all of the lower class people that cannot afford to
pay the rich mans tax to fish . this is a free country and all of the waters
in this great land should have a free acess point for all of the citizens.
Fishing was given to us by GOD not some gready land owner or club or guide
service.
