[VFB] black stonefly pattern?

I'm looking for patterns to fish the Androscoggin next June.
Does anyone have a pattern list for this river?
      I heard that black stone flies are popular. Does anyone have a simple easy to tie pattern for them? OK how about the most effective pattern for them.
