If you have enough room on your bench or a nearby shelf and you want to store your scissors, priers, bodkins etc -- just get a piece of thick styrofoam from a hardware store and stick then in that -- its cheap -- makes them a lot easier to find than rummaging around in a drawer -- and its easily replaced if it gets too full of holes.   I have a second piece of foam that I use to stick my newly tied flies in until the head cement is dried.   All my other stuff is in plastic drawers beside my tying bench -- except thread and floss which is small plastic drawers on top of my bench and hooks which are in a set of drawers that you can get at the hardware store for storing nails, screws, etc.   My bench is an old craft table -- no drawers but lots of surface area.   Ken MacGillivray
