Weak espresso????? Murf, please, NO!!!!! My sister will be arriving in a couple of weeks, and hopefully, she's bringing me down some fresh stock of those Little Italy Espresso beans. Mmmmm, I can smell the aroma already. They really do smell awesome in the grinder, and ya, sure ting, you bet, they are yummy in the demitasse cup too... They'll be winging their way to your place once they arrive in my grubby paws. Too much blood in my caffeine stream...

Byard might appear hyper in a few days as a sampling went out regular post
today. I sent him my favorites and expect some deviation from MD taste buds.
I predict he will prefer the Reunion Island Privateer and Starbucks
Columbian. Should we have a bet going or do you think he will have his nails
dug into the ceiling? Next week will not be a good week to ask him to tie
small flys. <G> Byard, don't use the whole bag on one pot or go easy on the
tablespoons. Get the full flavor but don't shake those Whiting bags open.
And whatever you do, DON'T try to count hooks under these conditions. Those
bags are for office pot or thermos volumes, not home 10 cup brewers. Try
tyin now ya buzzed out scallywag. The good news is that they are all
aribicas which are half as caffeine laden as that Folgers Robusta crap. Oh
shoot, dump the whole bag in the hopper and think of it as weak expresso.
