Haven't tried one a them yet, but I know how hot habs can be... Last year,
whilst making my usual 10 gallon batch of winter chili, I decided to throw
a bunch of habs into the pot that we had grown that past summer. I've cut
apart jalapenos and other spicy peppers before, and didn't think twice when
I started chopping the habs. I wasn't wearing any gloves... My hands stung
for two weeks after that little episode... And no, I didn't use the
bathroom before washing...
