[VFB] Locofoam

I was at Chris Helms booth yesterday and he had some material that Ive never seen in the shop before.  It was called Loco Foam.  It looked like foam on one side but was shiny, iridescent on the other.  Has anyone heard of this and can you put me on the track to picking some up?  Thanks   Fish-On Jon Emmons
