Why is it that to stop Windows 98, you have to click on "Start"?

rule 1- mark your line with Magic Marker----------------I'm ashamed and
standing in the corner.
rule 2- clip off anything that comes from the factory
and tie on your own needle nail knot--------------Too much like
work. Prefer a perfection Loop.
