Need to know the purpose of the line. Species ?? Type of water ?? Typical casting length? Unrestricted casting or fair amount of roll casts ?? Dry flies,?? mending? Nymphing ?? Because of its zero memory, amazing coating, and zero maintenance I usually choose the appropriate AST coated SA line. But, it all depends on what you need the line to do.
