Tom, I also noticed that when they get warm they come off the hook..like
when you have a hot day and they are in the sun in the pocket of your
fishing vest. They become very deformed and flat when left in the flybox in
the trunk of your car while you are at work. A friend of mine, Karl Barton,
a professional tier, does his with the glue gun but has a candle at his
tying desk an just runs them through again if they become deformed or need
revision as he is tying them. He makes it look very easy. Joyce
