I'm not sure which German city you are in.  Larger cities have some sort of
American grocery store (specialty shop).  They have American and British
foods that expats want but can't get at the regular German food shops.  They
will have Kool Aid.  Also, if you know someone with access to a US
commissary, they can get Kool Aid as well.
