Paul a large meat hook thru the leg works great, but if you want the
lage one may I suggest the use of at least a whitetail buck.

Ok Don, you got me!!! In my new book I write about a "duckling" fly for
northerns, but a full-sized duck!?? Definitely outside of my experience
and I definitely plan to keep it that way. I don't tie flies to imitate
