[VFB] Fishing Report

On Canada Day went to my favorite stream and had a great day catching trout. Had every pool I fished to myself. Seen a deer swim across a pool within 20 feet of me. Guess it thought I was a stump in the middle of the river. All the fish came to a compara dun. Went back today and had the same kind of day as July first. The only diference was the trout were taking an size 12 olive nymph. Seen an otter in one of the pools. This is only the second time I've seen an otter on this river. On the way into one of the pools there were some bear tracks in the sand along the path. Make one a little jumpy, especially when fishing alone. Mel
