[VFB] Sage Fly Rod

Simple question, I have been offered the opportunity to purchase a used, in very good condition, Sage SPL 489-3 Graphite IV fly rod with tube and sock for $200. For those of you who don't know the coding system, it is a 4wt, 8'9" 3 peice...hince the 489-3. Anyway is this a good buy? It seems to be, in my opinion, since the list price is $575. Any advice would be helpful.
