A fishing buddy & patient of mine took me coyote hunting one time when we lived
in Elko, NV. It was a blast. Jerry was quite proficient at calling them in with the
injurred rabbit calls and the crow decoys. They'ld come charging right in there, and
until they saw you, it was pretty exciting! Unfortunately, that day I don't think I
could have hit a bull in the ass with a banjo... :-( Jerry managed to get one with his
25.06. Nevada has some fairly large coyotes. Good luck with your hunts!
