Maybe this flatwings work for parachute hackles as well.

describe these is dry fly hackle size 10 and up.  They are not as full of
capes though as the Whiting dry fly capes.  That's why there are fewer
swappers in the flatwings.   A lot of these are Badger capes dyed so they
have some webbiness that works well for flatwings.

I don't find the flat wing feathers on Tom's site. Are the flat wings
comparable to the American Hackle series or are these a special breed?
