Tie up your best fly (flies) of 2003. Each set of flies entered counts as one participant. So if you send in two sets of flies you will receive two complete swap sets. I'm setting it up this way because some of you may have had more than one "best" fly of 2003. Will all tie up one extra so we can send a set to Byard for the VFB website.
