HI Wes
When Deb was looking for them I found several of the plastic ones. Bob Jacklin's , West Yellowstone, Mt. had several.

Hi all,

I have been talking to several people and online flyshops offlist about
the plastic bobbin I (and evidently Deb Duran earlier) like a lot.

The plastic model, which I am told is Gudebrod Bobbin, is no longer in
production, but there still might be a source for the remainder.
Checking into that one.

The metal type is the Griffin Multi-purpose Bobbin, and while I was
unable to find it in US listings, I did find what looked like a
Canadian source. The price isn't that inviting at $10.95 USD each, but
you would save over time using the larger thread spools.

Question for Deb...are these the ones you have??

I have put photos of both of these on a web page so you can get an idea
of what these look like. Please let me know if you have a source for
either.
