I would venture to say that in two years ... I'm beyond that. I can't even find a limit on my account. I thought at one point they did try to tack one on there to scare me off but it's not there now. They did tell me the same thing shortly after ebay took over. They may have changed the rules but I have heard all this song and dance from them and I won't do it and they haven't booted me. I do have flawless credit so I don't know if they possibly preform credit checks on people or not. They could be doing that. They did verify my address and credit information when I first signed on but that was before Ebay took over paypal.
