Mark My husband reminded me last night that I did have to make a call to paypal and explain to them why I was refusing to register a bank account with them. I explained to them everything I posted earlier and they removed the limits on my account. I know they try to discourage you from not registering because I get the message that I am unverified everytime I log in.
