Deb, every now and again, you just gotta find ways to simplify your life. 
It's a ....well.....but you gotta do it. I'm passin' on ebay.........that's 
my story and i'm stickin' to it. mark    p.s. plus, when it comes to "stuff" 
hell i could stay home forever at this point. Dig? What the heck could ever 
be on there that i actually need? "forget about it." lol

My husband reminded me last night that I did have to make a call to paypal
and explain to them why I was refusing to register a bank account with 
them.
I explained to them everything I posted earlier and they removed the limits
on my account.    I know they try to discourage you from not registering
because I get the message that I am unverified everytime I log in.
