At one time I looked into this (a few years back) I didn't find any references only a comment that any relationship that may exist will be site/situation specific. You may be able to construct a local table for one site but it will probably be only a gross estimate due to variability of light spectrum and intensity vs the artificial light source used in determining NTU.
