This was the fifth attempt, I just copied and pasted instead of replying to Tony's message, so you were probably right about the file size issue.

Tony, its all personality! The fish like you better. Once I was
fishing with a friend who was catching all the fish, and I got so
frustrated I told him he'd had enough fun and asked him to leave and
let me finish off the hole. So I fished and fished until just before
sundown, I saw a fish swim right up to me. He poked his head out of
the water and asked "Hey! Where's your friend?"

I will post this , it is how the name came into being.
I was fishing with one of my fishing partners one evening up at Tucker
on the White.
Bob seems to have a problem fishing the Chili Pepper. It seemed that I
had a fish on or a hit on each drift. Bob was doing exactly what I was
doing but just did not connect. De drifted like I did and did the
miracle inch at the end of the drift but still did no good. He then
moved right next to me and followed my directions, still no good. I was
still catching fish all this time.
Then Bob asked, What are you doing different that I am doing.
For some reason I said " you just have to learn to do the Chili Pepper
Stroll". That seems to stick.
Bob finally hooked up before we quit.
I C&R 33 trout to Bob's one. We still fish together and enjoy each
others company, I fish the pepper but Bob fishes what he feels
conformable with.
Bob can tell you this story when you meet him.
