Hi Pete, 

I would recommend you look at Randall Kaufmann's "Tying Nymphs".  It's pretty
good, and it's specific to your interest.  Also consider Dave Hughes "Trout
Flies", which covers all styles including nymphs.  He covers all the basics
quite thoroughly.  If you're also interested in nymphs from the bug science
perspective, Ernest Schwiebert's "Nymphs" is excellent, but it's short on tying
and heavy on entomology.
