In the article I read they where getting their water from ground wells, and and have been limited for now in a court action until it is determined if the water table can stand the draw down they want to do. I too agree your local TU chapter made an unwise choice in accepting the money. But then money is always tight for non profit groups. On a larger scale the overall work TU does nationally is worthy of our support.
