I'd tell the guy that I'm gonna hike up and get some
beers to celebrate his catch, walk to the car and call
a conservation officer. It's not my job to enforce the
regs and certainly not my idea of fun to confront some
big worm dunker. Protestors at a war memorial, that's
another story. :)
