No matter how you slice it the person is a poacher. Depending on your views
of poaching, you must act accordingly. Jeff mentioned to provide the
authorities with the info and let them deal with the situation. Smart move.
I know of an instance where someone confronted a poacher and got stabbed for
their efforts. If you do decide to report the incident to the authorities it
is important to provide as much detailed information as possible. Pictures
are of great help and if you can get the individual's  license plate number
it sure aids in tracking them down. Be prepared to have to appear in court
to provide testimony.
