I have told this before so now I will do it in a shorter version.
I tied at the Charlotte N.C. about four years ago. There was a vender that had two large plastic containers with old Mustad hooks. I did not have time to look through them, figured when I get a break I would check them out. I was looking for some 28's. All boxes were 5.00 ea.
While at my tying station, a guy came by and asked if I had ever heard of sz 32 hooks. Said he found a couple of boxes of them in the Mustad plastic containers. When I got a break, I went over
to the vendor and and went through the containers before asking if he had any sz 32 hooks, Said there were some with the others. I never did find any going through the containers, I did find several boxes if 28's though.
I think this is the same guy that called me and was wanting 200.00 a box.
