Rick,
If this happens again get their boat number from the side of boat and turn that into your local DNR's office. Once they get a fine and/or boat license taken away they may stop and think what they have done. I have this problem with fishing on big lakes in the summer with speed boats. Some think the lake belongs to them and no on else.
The same goes for catching fish out of season as the DNR. needs your help.

Sincerely your's,

John D. Meyer

Subject: [VFB] scary moment

Was out fishing a pond this morning.  Had another boat show up but the pond is big enough for two boats.

Trouble was the guys were drunk and did stupid stuff.  Started pushing my canoe into the shore with their boat.
It was going good until we hit the stump and the canoe flipped.  Luckily only 3 feet of water but I am not sure who was more scared.
The left in a hurry and I had to bail out the canoe.
IT will be a while before I return the that pond.

Rick
