My tying outfit consists of the White River Kit I bought from BassPRo for myself last Christmas..One bobbin (not ceramic) and a pretty basic vise, with the standard starter materials. I'm having a blast with what i have and am in no real hurry to upgrade..maybe after i retire?? The vise works well on the computer table at home, as well as my desk at work (SHHHHH...) I may get one or two more bobbins as i won't have to keep threading the same one when i change colors. Having a blast though!!
