Three 'gills and 2 cats would be easy in a 55 gal. aquarium.  Not a problem.  Add some baitfish and a few crawfish and you'll have a nice set-up.  Extras would be turtles, mud-dogs, baby garfish.

Any pond should furnish you all you need.  Use a net and bait to catch them, just ask Jimmy how.

OK,
So I now have three 'gills and 2 catfish. Should I buy the baby blues from the pet store? They are only a buck a piece. I dont think I will put craws in the tank untill the gills/ cats are of some size, I had a goldfish that was eaten by a craw.
About the baby gar, wont they get big and eat the others? I am thinking about dressing out the 'gills when they get a few #'s on them, as well as the cats. Keeps crowding down, and easy to replace. Never know, I might grow the next record 'gill: A Texas sized specimen weighing in at 13 #'s!!!!
