Just got back from my yearly weekend sea trout
trip to Wales.
The river was low so not many fish about, I
managed one of about 1LB in weight and we all caught plenty of salmon par on
small flies so the river looks to be in a healthy condition good signs for the
future.
One night I was fishing from a rock ledge about 5
feet above the water when a sea trout of about 7 or 8 pounds leapt out of the
water right under my feet and scared me half to death.
I left him there so I something to try and catch
next year or that's my excuse
Tight lines
