I've thought about those (and CRV's). My only problems are:

- I don't know if I'll fit in them (I know I can fit in a CRV).

- Even used they might be a little expensive

Ideally, if money weren't an object, I'd seriously consider the honda element. Pretty much the same strong points as the RAV and it looks a little roomier for me (haven't tried it though).
