My wishful fishing car was the old Bronco.  My real fishing car is my 4DR F350 Diesel, with long box. What I can't get in the back seat or behind the back seat, I put in my tool box right behind the rear window or in the long bed and use a tarp.  She ain't 4WD, but I've never been in a place I haven't been able to get out of.  And she gets a steady 15 mpg off road and 20 mpg on highway.  Diesel fuel in my neck of the woods is $1.59 a gallon right now, vs $1.72 for regular unleaded, which is what Jody uses in her Escalade.  Why don't I drive her 4WD Escalade fishing.  That would be like Jody going fishing in her wedding dress!  :-P

I just bought a 95 Ford Bronco XLT in mint condition with the 302 V8. for
$6000
It is white and I think that makes it a OJ Signiture series (LOL) I like
the old ones also
I remember my friend and I up in Michigan painted a 72 bronco camouflage
with spray
cans for hunting. Even tho it was from spray cans the paint job came out
great.
I since have painted a canoe that way.We also took that 72 Bronco on
Salmon and Steelhead trips up north.
Signed....Oh the good old days

My choice would definitely be a 65 -72 Ford Bronco, the old square back
with a 302 V-8. The only problem is that they're hard to find and when
you do, the owner either won't sell or wants an arm and a leg for one.
I've had my eye on a red and white one at a used car dealer down the
road from me. He's been asking $8750 for two years. Last week he
dropped it to $7950. Of course, it's worth every penny for it has been
totally restored. If you can find one for around $4500 or less that is
in decent shape, that would be a steal.
