Deb everyone here went from a float tub to a pontoon, but a small group got Kayaks and are testifying about there likes, I have a storage problem; my float tube stays in the camper of my pickup all year. The boaters here just hate float tubers and People on Jet Skis use us as targets.
One time there was a Bass tournament going on and I was in my tube fishing my favorite rock pill, A big 20,000 Bass boat pulls up and backs up to me. Scared the bajesus out of me. I just deal with it best I can. Turn the other cheek and move on. No use getting all upset and doing a lot of senseless yelling. Been there done that when I was younger, didn't help then either.
