It's not your computer that has the virus. Someone who has your (old) email address in their address book has the virus, and it is spoofing your address when it sends out the virus from their machine.
Anybody out there who does not have and maintain a current virus checker on your system, please, for the sake of us all, turn off your computer now, and leave it off until you are ready to interact responsibly. There are many checkers available that are extremely easy to use, and some are even free. Your internet provider should be providing this service for you as well. If they are not, change providers. If you need assistance, just ask.
