Vagn my idea of a perfect fly tying desk,
is on old fashion roll top desk.
Hey a new one you surface me just fine.
A lot cheaper to.
They have a post office built in them that would work great for what we do.
And when you are done you could pull down the top
and conceal your nice, clean work area.

I know Keith Burtis one of the tiers from the list was making some nice Fly

One time he sent me some pictures of a proto type, It was very nice.

Subject: [VFB] Fly tying desk..

Hi all

I have been trying to find a nice furniture for my fly tying materials.
Right now Im using a small table in the corner of the living room, this
means that I have fly tying material all over the living room.
I would like a desk that I can close, so that all my materials disappears
when I close it and I dont have to tidy up every time I have some friends
over.
Is there any of you that know of a table/furniture like that.
I have found some nice ones on the net but they are a bit expensive.

I have thought about making one myself but I know it will not be nice enough
to be standing in the living room.

Any links/advice is welcome
