I let the tools go with it. After we gave it away, I found a box of extra hooks for it. I still have them.

There are a lot of things they are used for. Back in the 50's the home hand knitting machines were real popular. That had over 100 of these hooks that were removable. We had one, gave it away when we moved.


Hah. we had my mom's old knitting machine lying about the house for 10 years or so. Originally thought we might actually use it. Not. About two months ago, after enquiring whether anyone we knew, or even the general public, might want to have it for free, and finding none, we trashed it. I did keep a box with tools that came with it...
