Yes Dave. It works great, plus you have the option of over a dozen other colors. The copper color is like a bright shiny new copper, while the amber is a little darker. Both seem to work equally well. Some of the other color choices are chartreuse, hot orange, & hot yellow, all of which work well on Byard's "Secret Fly". (shsh..don' tell. It's a secret) :-) The S.F. is also much easier to tie than a CJ.

Lands End has UTC Ultra Wire in Copper and many other colors... is this what I would use?
