You can buy those cards at most any pet store, or a store that sells feed and grain for farm animals usually has those things. mark....

Easiest way to "card" small amounts of dubbing is to get two small flat
sticks of wood. Get two pieces of Velcro and stick them on to the sticks.
Use only the hook side, not the loop side. Then take your scissors and trim
the hooks off so that you just have small stubs sticking up.
Rub you materials together and "card" them to get the colors you want.
