Birdie, the easiest way are the foam posts, but I don't like them. Maybe because I'm more a traditionalist. Tying for the foam swap though... I dislike the Antron as well, in this case because of it's low performance. I know, others are very satisfied with this stuff for parachute wings. Maybe you have different stuff over there. Calftail. My no. 1 choise. Stiff, even when wet. Neat to handle, I like natural materials. Recently I tied a lot with feathers for the posts.
