That looks like an improved, de-renzetti-ed version of the Danish Flymate, with an improved, Renzetti-knock-off C-clamp. If it is indeed a Flymate, it should be made of high quality materials, and offer you long-time, no-frills service.

I still have my Flymate as a backup because, although being ugly and somewhat awkward, with no rotation locking mechanism to speak of, it is a very funcional piece of kit.
