I purchased Photo Flo and used it to smooth my silicone heads. I have heard the dish detergent myth, haven't tried it.

I knew of pranksters who would put a bottle of photo-flo into a public fountain. The bubbles from it would spread out like the Eggplant that Ate Chicago [This was an old B science fiction movie].
