Isn't there follow-up results/statistics that you can go through? If you ask nicely, they will probably give you access to it... after all, I guess you are the one who invented it.

Has anyone had, or does anyone know a flytier who has had Lasik Eye Surgery?

What were the results, especially with respect to seeing up close as with flytying, tying on a fly, etc.?
