Mark: Same here.. I'm 5'11" and 215, but need to be at about 180 max.. But,
I LOVE chocolate... I was skinny as a rail till I quit smoking in '85, but
I'd rather be a little heavy and not smoking.. Geeez, how do ppl afford cigs
these days anyway???, Good luck on the diet.. i know what you mean about it
