Just set a time (or times) of day when you take your meds, and make an
absolute habit of it (sot of like eating breakfast, lunch &
dinner!!!).  Otherwise you are definitely ot getting the full effect
of the meds.  Make it an unbreakable habit.  Do something that makes
it memorable.  All my meds except the insulin are kept in a lockbox
(so when i travel, the lockbox just gets thrown in the suitcase).  So
every morning I have to get my keys, unlock the box, and take the meds
(way too many pills...).  The habit has become memorable and I
immediately know if I try to start the day without taking the meds.
