Interesting that you should mention red worms. We have a small red worm that I thought was indigenous to Florida, but maybe it is found elsewhere. It is not necessary to tie a worm pattern, but what I have found is that tying a Byrd's GillBuster in all red or a small all red Bugger can be very effective. JG
