Yes, I have fished in the Park a few times. The meadow streams will proabably be closed for the elk rut.
Go to Bear Lake and then hike to to the Loch, Mills Lake or one of the other high lakes. There are a few places in estes Park that can give you help on this. A Fly Shop near the base of the tram and a Sorts shop on the West side near the Texaco station. I have done well with parachute & paraloop Adams. Also with Midges. Hope this helps.
