NO - we pay national insurance contibutions to have a free health service.  
not sure right now but think its 11% of income. then we pay income tax. then 
we pay car tax. then we pay fuel tax. then we pay VAT on purchases. then we 
pay company car tax. and we pay insurance tax and pay and pay...........iain

Don't they pay that high price (at least in Britton) to have free health 
care etc????? Chuck
