[VFB] Reshaping feathers

Hello to All:   I have been presented with a spectacular gift of many wings and crests etc of a fair few birds. The problem is that a number of them have seen better days. By this I mean that they have been roughed up a bit. How would you suggest I get them straightened out? Wash and let dry, etc??   Reuven
