" Ive fished for spawning bass only once and was rewarded with a trophy bass out of Lake Waco. I quickly released her had a mount made for my den. She was out of the water about a minute, total. However, Ive always wondered if she survived, for the next two days, I couldnt find her on her nest nor anywhere around. Either someone else caught and kept her or she died, for I caught her during the middle of the spawn. I havent fished bedding bass since!"
